Terms and Conditions
Gift cards are valid for all ticketed and custom Moonshine Adventures (both residential and day events), events and online one-shots. Cards may be used to purchase multiple items.
Cards can be redeemed by entering the unique code when booking a ticketed residential Adventure, or by emailing hello@moonshineadventure.co.uk before booking a day event or online one-shot.
Cards must be redeemed by the expiry date (1 year from the purchase date), though any booked events need not have happened by then. Any unused balance is forfeited after the expiry date.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
If the gift card is used to pay a deposit, payment of any remaining balance, and agreement to and compliance with all other ordinary terms of our Booking Conditions, is the responsibility of the gift card holder rather than the original gift card purchaser.
Gift card purchasers are sent a Stand Alone Safe Seat Guarantee from the Travel Trust Association, explaining how their funds are protected in the event of fraud or insolvency. Funds will remain protected until after the completion of any events purchased, or the expiry date of the gift cards.
